Hello there, Saleshandy users! 👋

Sequence Schedules(Time Zone, Day, Time)

What is Sequence Schedules(Time Zone, Day, Time)?

The Sequence Schedule feature in Saleshandy is an awesome way to plan out 📅 your outreach to prospects.✉️

With the Schedule, you can easily manage your outreach by setting the time frames for 7 days of the week 🕒 and also control your outreach's time zone.🌍

Why Sequence Schedules(Time Zone, Day, Time)?

Using the Schedule feature offers several benefits to enhance your outreach efforts. Here's why incorporating email schedules in Saleshandy can make a significant impact:

  1. Streamlined Outreach Management: By setting up schedules, you gain better control and organization of your outreach activities. It eliminates the need for manual sending and helps you stay on top of your follow-ups, making your outreach process more efficient.

  2. Improved Engagement and Response Rates: Timing plays a crucial role in email engagement. With the Schedule feature, you can strategically time your outreach to increase the likelihood of your emails being opened and responded to. You maximize your chances of getting the desired response by reaching your prospects at the most opportune moments.

  3. Global Outreach Optimization: If your target audience spans different time zones, the Schedule feature enables you to adapt your outreach to their local working hours. This ensures your emails arrive when they are most likely to be seen, increasing the effectiveness of your global outreach campaigns.

How to Set up Sequence Schedules(Time Zone, Day, Time)?

⚠️ Note: If you ever change your Default Schedule, whenever you'll create a New Sequence, it'll automatically select your New Schedule, But it won't affect your Past Sequences.⚠️

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

Why Is there no scheduled mail for today?

I can see that your Step X is scheduled for day Y with respect to the previous step, and the scheduled timing is as per your schedule.

The last email sent from the previous step was yesterday at A time and a date.

The system will schedule all the emails now, as it takes 24 hours to fetch the data for prospects by the system to rectify completed/unsubscribed/replied prospects from the previous step.

I plan to send my first sequence tomorrow morning.
I would like all my emails to be sent at 9:00 AM local Time in XYZ. I made all the settings, but it seems they are not scheduled at 9:00 AM.

Please increase the hrs in your defined schedule so more emails can be triggered daily.

  • To do the same, Go to the Schedule tab > Click on Schedule

  • You may have kept the schedule small; the email-sending limit is also very small. You can always check your schedule and sending limit as well as how many email accounts are connected in a sequence.

I added 100 prospects to a sequence called XYZ on Friday afternoon, but only 12 emails have been sent.

The maximum number of sending emails depends on the,

  • Schedule at Sequence settings

  • Daily sending limit of particular Email accounts

  • Time interval configured between 2 emails for particular email accounts

  • Number of connected email accounts in Sequence settings

  • We suggest you connect multiple email accounts with the sequences to increase the sending limit.

Mission accomplished; you've successfully Configured Sequence Schedules. 👏

Wishing you a delightful experience! ❤️

Happy Selling. 🤝

Warmest regards,
