Hello Saleshandy Users đŸ‘‹đŸ»

We’re excited to introduce Customizable Filters and Saved Views in Saleshandy,This feature in Saleshandy gives users full control over their prospect data by allowing them to apply filters, customize columns, and save specific configurations as “views.”

These saved views make it easy to revisit and organize tailored prospect lists. With filters, users can precisely narrow down their search based on criteria like job title, department, and engagement status, then save that setup as a view to easily access it in the future or share it with team members.

Below, we dive into how this feature works and provide tips on using filters, operators, and saved views to get the most from Saleshandy.

How It Works

Applying Filters to Narrow Down Prospects

Filters allow you to quickly refine your prospect lists. Choose from criteria like Job Title, Prospect Status, Department, or even Custom Fields.

Each filter has operators that define the criteria—making it easy to set up complex queries that target the exact data you need.

Example: To find all prospects with the job title “Marketing Manager” in the

“Marketing” department and an engagement status of “Interested,” simply add these filters and set up your conditions.

Using Filter Operators

Each filter comes with operators, allowing you to precisely define your search criteria. Here’s a quick guide:

  • Is: Returns exact matches, e.g., “Job Title is Marketing Manager” shows only Marketing Managers.

  • Is Not: Excludes exact matches, e.g., “Department is not Sales” excludes anyone in Sales.

  • Contains: Finds partial matches, e.g., “Job Title contains Manager” shows any titles with “Manager.”

  • Does Not Contain: Excludes prospects containing specified values.

  • Is Empty: Filters for prospects with blank fields, like those missing a phone number.

  • Is Not Empty: Filters for fields that are populated, such as finding all contacts with an email.

Grouping Filters with AND/OR Conditions

Filters can be grouped to further narrow down or expand your search results.

  • AND Condition: Requires all conditions to be met. E.g., “Job Title is Marketing Manager” AND “Department is Marketing” will return only Marketing Managers in Marketing.

  • OR Condition: Shows prospects that meet any of the conditions. E.g., “Job Title is Marketing Manager” OR “Job Title is Sales Manager” displays either title.

Saving and Managing Views

After setting up your filters and column preferences, save the configuration as a “view.” Click Save as View to name your view, set visibility (Private, Public, or Team), and save it for future use.

Each saved view is stored server-side, so it’s accessible across devices. This feature is perfect for creating and switching between different prospect cohorts as your needs change.

Customizing Columns

Choose which columns to display in your prospect table to simplify data analysis. By clicking on the column icon in the top right of the Prospect tab, you can access the column customization options.

From there, you can drag and drop to reorder columns, or use the eye icon to hide or reveal specific columns. Any custom fields you add in Saleshandy will automatically appear as columns, which can also be filtered to match your specific needs.

Taking Action on Filtered Prospects

After loading a saved view, users can take bulk actions like adding prospects to email sequences or exporting filtered lists for further use. Saved views make it easy to jump into targeted outreach quickly and efficiently.
