We are excited to announce the recent introduction of our new White Label feature in Saleshandy!

What is White Label in Saleshandy?

The White Label feature in Saleshandy allows agencies to customise their platform, giving it a unique and professional brand identity. The White Label feature enables agencies to upload their logos, set up custom domains, and ensure a cohesive branding experience across the platform.

Why Use White Label in Saleshandy?

  1. Brand Consistency: Ensure that every interaction your clients have with the platform reflects your brand identity.

  2. Professional Appearance: Enhance your credibility and professionalism by customising the platform to match your brand.

  3. Client Trust: Strengthen client trust by providing a seamless, branded experience.

  4. Marketing Advantage: Stand out from competitors by showcasing a personalized and professional tool.

How to Utilise White Label Settings in Saleshandy

Navigate to the white label settings: Settings → Company settings → White label.

Logo & Branding

  • Add your company name (up to 128 characters).

  • The login page will display this name as "Welcome to {CompanyName}." This helps create a personalized experience for your clients right from the login screen.

Uploading Logos

  • You can upload logos for three different areas

    • Login Screen Logo: Displayed when users log in.

    • Platform Icon Logo: Seen throughout the platform.

    • Favicon: Shown in the browser tab.


      This is how your Favicon and Icon logo will appear.

File Specifications

  • File type: PNG

  • Size: ≤ 1MB

  • Upload Method: Select a file from your computer or drag and drop it onto the upload window.

Tips for Cropping and Validation

  • Cropping Dimensions:

    Logo Cropper: 360px x 126px

    Icon Logo Cropper: 126px x 126px

    Favicon Cropper: 126px x 126px

💡Important: If your uploaded image exceeds the cropper dimensions, the system will automatically resize it to fit. If the image is smaller, the cropper will wrap around it. This ensures your logos fit perfectly without distortion.

Domain Configuration

  1. Setting Up Your Brand Domain:

    • Click on 'Domain Configuration' in the White Label settings.

    • Enter your custom brand domain to replace the Saleshandy URL.

    • Log in to your domain provider (e.g., Godaddy, Namecheap) and navigate the DNS settings. Click Here to learn about how to find your DNS Provider.

    • Follow the instructions to Add a CNAME record in your DNS settings by copying the details from the Domain Configuration page.

  2. Verification and Setup:

    • The system will generate a verification key and CNAME record for your domain.

    • Add the DNS records in DNS Management. The screenshot added is of Cloudflare.

    • After adding these records to your DNS server, click 'Setup Domain' to verify.

    • The status will update automatically. If the status is green, your domain setup is complete.

  3. SSL Configuration:

    • Saleshandy will provide SSL certification if your domain does not have HTTPS.

    • If your HTTPS certificate expires, Saleshandy will automatically secure your domain with its SSL.

Client and Agency Notifications

Keeping both agencies and clients informed is essential for a smooth and transparent experience. Here’s how notifications are handled for different actions:

Global Notifications for Clients

  • Action-Based Notifications: Clients receive notifications via the platform’s global notification system. Important actions such as domain setup or changes trigger notifications, which are displayed on the platform's notification bell icon.

Email Notifications to Agencies

  • Notification Details: Whenever a client receives a notification, the agency’s Owner/Admin will also receive an email detailing the action taken. This keeps agencies informed and ready to assist clients. The email will include specific details about the action, the client’s name, and any necessary follow-up steps. For example, if a client’s email account is disconnected, the email will provide guidance on reconnecting it.

Customized Notifications for White Label Clients

  • Brand-Specific Communication: All notifications and emails sent to white label clients will feature the agency’s branding, ensuring a consistent and professional appearance.

  • No Saleshandy Branding: To maintain the white-label experience, Saleshandy is not mentioned in notifications and emails. Clients will only see the agency’s branding and communication.

Redirection and Links

  • Custom Domain Redirection: Once your domain is set up, all platform redirections will use the new domain. This includes login URLs, notification links, and any other redirection within the platform.

  • No Saleshandy Links: White-label clients will not see any links redirecting to Saleshandy’s main site. All necessary links will be customized to maintain the white-label experience.

Plan Restrictions

  1. Trial Plan users can view Whitelabel in settings but they need to upgrade to Scale plan to use Whitelabel

  2. Outreach Starter plan & Pro Plan users cannot use Whitelabel

  3. Outreach Scale and all Higher plan users can use Whitelabel

  4. LTD Users won't be able to use Whitelabel settings

Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q's)

Question: What if CNAME is disconnected/deleted from the DNS provider?

Answer: Users won't be able to log in through their branded login URLs.

Question: Are the company name and 3 logos independent?​

Answer: Yes, users can upload any of the logos or company names as they wish. There is no restriction that all must be uploaded.

Question: Does the user need HTTPS as a domain for white labeling to work?

Answer: White labeling can work for HTTP domains, but for security, Saleshandy provides SSL certification to ensure HTTPS.

Question: What are the logo specifications?

Answer: Logos must be in PNG format and less than or equal to 1MB in size.

  • Cropper dimensions:

    • Logo: 360px x 126px

    • Icon Logo: 126px x 126px

    • Favicon: 126px x 126px

Question: What if my uploaded image dimensions are smaller than the cropper’s dimensions?

Answer: The cropper will wrap around the image, and you can adjust the cropper to select the portion of the image you want to use.

Question: Can I preview the uploaded logo before saving it?

Answer: Yes, once you upload and crop the logo, a preview is shown before you save it.

Question: What should I do if the domain verification fails?

Answer: Ensure that the CNAME records are correctly added to your DNS server. You can click the "Refresh" button to recheck the verification status.

Question: How will my clients be notified of the new branded login URL?

Answer: An email notification containing the new login URL will be sent to your clients when they are added to the system.

Question: Can my clients log in to multiple agency URLs?

Answer: Clients can log in to multiple agencies if they are created by those agencies. However, they can only log in to the specific URLs set up by the respective agencies.

Question: What happens if my SSL certificate expires after setting up a custom domain?

Answer: If the SSL certificate for your custom domain expires, Saleshandy’s SSL will automatically be used to ensure secure HTTPS access.

Question: Can I change my custom domain after it has been set up?

Answer: Yes, you can delete the current custom domain and set up a new one. Ensure to update the DNS records accordingly.
