Hello there, Saleshandy users! 👋

Let's dive into the world of the Saleshandy Agency Portal. 🚀

Whether you're an Agency Owner or someone looking to level up the outreach game with multiple accounts, Agency portal will make your life easier and your productivity soar! 💪

So, what's the scoop on the Agency Portal, you ask? Well, imagine managing all your clients under one virtual roof 🏠. No more juggling multiple logins or struggling to keep track of everything individually. It's all about streamlining your outreach efforts and boosting your productivity to new heights. 🚀

🛠️How to Setup Agency Portal?

📺Video Guide

🪜Steps to Follow

Step 1️⃣ Login to Agency

Login To get started, head over to Fill in your login details, and boom, you're in! Once inside, you'll see two tabs: "Clients" and "Team."

Step 2️⃣ Clients

A client in the Agency Portal is a Saleshandy account you create for your clients. You can name it whatever you like – for example, "PR Agency." When you create a client, it enables one-click access for your clients. Click on it, and they'll be directed to their fresh Saleshandy account, ready to roll!

💰Bonus: You can even give your clients a "view-only" mode, so they can keep tabs on progress without making any changes.

Step 3️⃣ Team

These members will be managing all those Saleshandy accounts for your clients. 🤝

Adding a team member is as easy as pie – just click "Invite Member," enter their name and email, and voila! The login details will be sent to them once they accept the invitation.

Step 4️⃣ Roles and Permissions

But wait, there's more! You can assign roles to your team members for specific clients. 🙌

For instance, if you want a team member to handle a particular client, you can enable access. You have two roles to choose from:

  • Team Leader: They have the keys to the kingdom. They can edit the client's account, change permissions, and add new users.

  • User: They can edit the client's account but can't modify permissions or add new users.

You can mix and match roles to suit your needs. Just assign and save, and you're good to go!

Step 5️⃣ Billing

You'll have two options: Usage and Subscription (Only the owner can see the ‘Subscription’ page inside the billing page.).

The email and prospect limits will be visible in the ‘Usage’ part of billing; anyone can use them.

You can see monthly emails sent, total prospects, and email credits. Now you can also purchase email verification credits as well.

You can purchase email verification credits by clicking on Purchase Credits. A rate card pop-up will appear, presenting you with different plan options. Choose your preferred plan and click on "Buy Now" to complete the payment process. 💳🛍️

⚠️Kindly note that the Email verification credits are non-refundable, and we cannot provide a refund under any circumstances.

Only the owner can see the ‘Subscription’ page inside the billing page.

Once subscribed, plans will be applied immediately with the given limit and charged on a recurring basis.

As a user, you cannot upgrade or cancel your plan until the next change. In that case, you should contact us for support.

Don't sweat it if you ever need help with billing or run into technical difficulties. Our support team is just a message away. 💬 They're always happy to assist you with any questions or concerns.

So there you have it – a friendly guide to Sales Handy's Agency Portal. It's all about simplifying your sales game and taking it to the next level. 🚀

Mission accomplished; you've successfully set up Agency Portal. 👏

Happy Selling. 🤝
