Hello there, Saleshandy users! 👋

Are you tired of those Auto-Replies (OOO) wreaking havoc in your email campaigns? 📧 Don't worry, because we've got a fantastic solution that will make your life a whole lot easier! 🎉

Introducing our new feature: the ability to Pause Prospects within a sequence means you can stop sending them any further emails, and you can manage at a team level as well. How cool is that? 🙌

Pause Prospect

What is Pause Prospect?

Pausing Prospect allows you to pause prospects within a sequence, which means you can temporarily stop sending them any further emails. You have full control over which prospects to pause and for how long.🕒

Why Pause a Prospect?

Pausing prospects in your campaign offers several benefits:

  1. Efficient Campaign Management: Pausing prospects who have auto-replied or completed their engagement means you can stop bombarding them with unnecessary emails. It lets you focus on the prospects who are actively engaged and interested. 🎯

  2. Improved Prospect Experience: Pausing prospects ensures they receive messages at the right time, enhancing their overall experience with your campaign. Happy prospects, happy you! 🙌

  3. Enhanced Engagement Tracking: While a prospect is paused, any engagement activity they undertake, such as opening, clicking, replying, unsubscribing, or bouncing, will be accurately reflected in your campaign analytics. 📊

🪜Steps to Follow

  1. Go to the Prospects tab in your Sequence.

  2. Select the prospects whom you want to Pause.

  3. Click on the "Mark as Paused" button to initiate the pause.

  4. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to choose the pause duration (e.g., 14 days, 30 days, 45 days).

  5. Optionally, you can choose to keep the prospect paused indefinitely by selecting "Mark and keep prospect as paused." and then clicking on Apply Changes. You will see the Action Stats on the next page.

  6. If you want to resume the prospect before the designated pause period ends, click the "mark as resume" button.

How to Un-Pause a Prospect?

  1. If you mark a prospect as "Paused" for X days, it will automatically turn active after X days.

  2. Your prospect will be scheduled to receive the next email as normal.

  3. You can un-pause(resume) the prospect anytime, and it will be immediately turned active by clicking on the "Mark as Resume"

Important: In the meantime, if any engagement activity is tracked for the prospect, such as open, click, reply, unsubscribe, or bounce, then it will be reflected.

Mission accomplished; you've successfully Paused/Resumed a Prospect. 👏

Wishing you a delightful experience! ❤️

Happy Selling. 🤝

Warmest regards,
